If you have visited some of our other web pages you will have realised that we have grown and prospered our business by providing products to meet each customers unique requirements. We understand that even if two or more customers are manufacturing similar products for the same market sector that their requirements may well differ and one solution does not fit all. With that in mind we have striven to provide prototypes and samples with the minimum expenditure. Most samples are provided with a 30 day return policy where we will give a full refund as long as the parts have not been damaged. Please note the refund does not include any shipping charges.

We also sell sample packs, an example of which can be seen in the picture to the right. For most products these can also be sold with a 30 day return policy but it must be requested and agreed in advance of order.
